Owner Michael Beach's background includes over 20 years in senior Business Development roles with Fortune 100 companies including Gillette and Unilever. Prior to forming MTB Sales he held the position of National Sales Manager with Jason International, a Jacuzzi family-owned business where he managed a team of over 50 independent sales representatives.  It was there that he recognized the need for well-trained sales rep agencies that know how to manage growth through strategic planning and follow-through. Representatives  that understand the importance of balancing growth and profitability for both the factories and their customers.
